When it comes to choosing the right copier or printer for your business, options are endless and can seem overwhelming. Applied’s print experts perform a comprehensive audit, matching solutions directly to your business requirements and goals. We use our proven match-making skills to identify the right equipment for your business.
After your purchase and agreement are finalized with your sales representative, our Delivery team will coordinate a day and time for delivery of your devices. On installation day, you will be notified by phone of the ETA. Our Delivery team works in partnership with our Connectivity team to transfer information from old machines, input IP information, install software, test print/scan/fax functions, and install print drivers on computers. When installation is complete and successful your new device(s) will be ready to use.

Once your new copier or printer is successfully installed, your sales rep will deliver a “Welcome Packet” and provide training on basic device functions, how tos, and address book management. For installations with 10+ devices, we offer virtual training which allows end-users to gain to gain knowledge from the comfort of their own desk without having to crowd around a copier.
