Quantity doesn’t matter! If you have a few boxes or a warehouse full of old documents, we can tackle your project.
All types and sizes of paper including, but not limited to: blueprints and plans, books, video/audio files, microfilm, microfiche, and more.
Our team will box up your documents and files and transport them to our secure processing facility. We can provide this service at your location for an additional cost.
Simply let us know what you need and where it might be found within your files. We will search for it, scan it, and upload it to a secure location. We’ll send you a secure login and password to download the information; our response time is 24 hours or less.
Applied Innovation provides the boxes and staff to box it up for you.
Every scanning project is different. Our experts provide an accurate and detailed estimate of your project. Proposals are based the following:
- The number of hours it takes for document preparation, like removing staples and paperclips
- What types of information need to be converted to digital. For example, are they single or double-sided pages?
- The overall quantity that is being digitized, such as number of boxes, cabinets, etc.
- Indexing, or how you want the images identified to locate the documents afterwards. And if you want the information text searchable (OCR).
Information is normally scanned to PDFs, however we can provide whatever file format you need. We also provide all digitized information and indexing on a USB media stick for you to upload to your storage destination of choice.
